Payment and shipping

You can pay for an order made on our website only after personal acquaintance with the ordered goods at the point of sale or at the time of delivery by courier service.

We strongly recommend you to ensure the quality of the product and its compliance with your expectations before you pay. Remember that after payment, exchange or return of the goods, as well as the refund are possible only in warranty cases.

You can pay in cash or by credit card. If the courier cannot accept a credit card in your area, the courier service will notify you in advance. The shipping is free throughout Russia. If you are outside of Russia, we will contact you to discuss the terms of delivery.

After receiving your order, we send it to the courier service within 24 hours. Courier service will contact you to specify the time and address of delivery.
